The SAFe® POPM certification offered by AgileTutor will help in understanding the roles and responsibilities and developing the skillsets required to deliver value within the Lean enterprise. Moreover, the SAFe® POPM certification will also teach the tools and mechanics to manage the programs and backlogs through activities and examples. The SAFe® Agile Product Owner is responsible for synchronizing the alignments, delivery, and cooperation of several Agile teams in the enterprise.

The SAFe® Product Owner acts as a customer for the team and works with the other stakeholders including Product Management and other Product Owners. The Product Owner is responsible for arranging stories in the Team Backlog and providing descriptions for the same. The system or the solution can therefore effectively refer to the program priorities when the team needs to create features or components. Thus, the Product Owner has a significant role in the team and is the sole team member authorized to accept the completed stories for integration in the solution.

The SAFe® Product Manager acts on behalf of the customer in the Agile Release Train and along with the Product Owner takes on the task of explaining the customer vision to the teams. The Product Manager is also required to list out and itemizes the backlogs for the Agile Release. He should describe the features of the proposed system in detail and verify that it meets the required quality standards by participating in the authentication process.
For the product to achieve Agile success at the topmost level, leaders like the Product Owners and Project Managers must be clear about their roles and responsibilities. They should undertake improvements that are measurable and try to maximize ROI.

The two-day Agile Product Owner course will give the participant in-depth knowledge of the ART (Agile Release Train). This will help you understand the benefits it can deliver and show you how to perform your role effectively. You will learn how to write Epics, break Epics down into Features and Stories, plan and execute development iterations, and also plan Program Increments.
Finally, on completion of the Agile Product Manager training, you will understand how to help Product Owners and Product Managers effectively collaborate and how to make improvements in the ART.
